Gamedukan does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of multiplayer features, specific matchmaking results, opponent availability, ranking positions, or competitive outcomes.
To maintain fairness, game balance, security, or technical stability, Gamedukan may modify, reset, adjust, remove, or update rankings, scores, matchmaking ratings, rewards, statistics, or competitive progress at any time.
As part of the Services, you may purchase, using real-world currency, a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use:
(a) virtual currency ("Virtual Currency");
(b) virtual in-game items (together with Virtual Currency, "Virtual Items"); and
(c) other digital goods, content, features, subscriptions, memberships, or services made available by Gamedukan (collectively, "Entitlements").
You may also obtain a license to use Virtual Items and/or Entitlements through promotional offers, reward programs, platform-specific credits, or other third-party payment or reward systems supported by Gamedukan from time to time.

You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership or proprietary rights in any Virtual Items or Entitlements.
Any unauthorized sale, purchase, exchange, or transfer of accounts, virtual items, or game assets outside Gamedukan-approved systems is prohibited.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the refund policies of the applicable platform, all purchases of Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, Entitlements, subscriptions, or other digital content made through the Services are final and non-refundable.
Where required under applicable consumer protection laws, users may be entitled to statutory cancellation or refund rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You acknowledge that, except where required by applicable law or the refund policy of the relevant platform, Gamedukan is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or any other compensation for unused Virtual Items, Virtual Currency, Entitlements, subscriptions, or digital content, including where your Account is suspended, terminated, or closed voluntarily or involuntarily.
We reserve all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, patents, designs, trade secrets, and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights relating to Gamedukan and the Services, including, but not limited to, our software, games, applications, computer code, text, themes, characters, character names, stories, artwork, dialogue, music, sound effects, animations, graphics, user interfaces, logos, icons, videos, documentation, and all other content made available through the Services. All such rights are owned by or licensed to Gamedukan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
